Job Description: UW Medical Center's Exercise and Training Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Physical Therapist 3 (100% FTE, 40 hrs/week, Days) with strong pelvic health experience.  The Physical Therapist 3 is directly responsible to the supervisor, manager, or designee and has the responsibility for patient care – evaluation and treatment of patients with complex multi system impairments and/or multiple co-morbidities. This physical therapist has advanced training and experience in the area of pelvic health; competent to evaluate and treat all genders and ages 14 and older. Also works with the other Pelvic Health Physical Therapists and referring providers to promote appropriate growth of the program, program development, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, and volunteers and students, in their area of the Exercise Training Center.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Current Washington State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
-A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school of physical therapy or completion of a Physical Therapy program AND at least two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
OR
-Equivalent education/experience.
- Advanced training and experience in the area of pelvic health; competent to evaluate and treat all genders and ages 14 and older.
