Carly earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and is a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is a Teaching Assistant for the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a certified Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist through the Fit for Birth Method. Carly most recently earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification in 2020. Carly founded Empowered Pelvic Health in 2019 with the passion to provide comprehensive, individualized pelvic floor therapy for men, women and children.
